Bryan joined Mersol Financial Solutions in 2013. Growing up in a military family, Bryan realized the importance of respect, being active in one's community, and putting others first. His main goal was to make his grandfather's motto a reality in his life: "If you take care of others, God will take care of you."
Bryan began looking for ways to live out this motto while in college, beginning with pursuing a BS in Business Administration degree from John Carroll University. He also began interning with Mersol Financial Solutions, the family business, while in college. Bryan graduated Cum Laude from the university in May 2017 and now dedicatedly serves his community in his position as an agent with New York Life and financial advisor with Eagle Strategies, a registered investment adviser and a New York Life company. Bryan feels pursuing success for his clients is his ethical duty and passionately pursues success for his clients. Bryan, as an agent has earned almost every Company and industry award including the 1st Centurion in over 20 years, new org., junior established agent of the year and member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
When not in the office, Bryan enjoys running, working out, camping and spending time with his significant other Emily, his friends and his dogs Luna and Frankie.

Bryan also has access through the New York Life advance planning team that provides in-house support of advanced planning consultants with credentials in law, taxation, accounting, insurance and finance. Bryan offers both of these resources to help in developing comprehensive estate and financial strategies for his clients.
Now retired, Joe is the founder of Mersol Financial Solutions LLC. and has been a professional in the financial services industry since 1994. Joe has been driven to help others achieve their financial and estate planning goals throughout his career. He has worked with a select group of individuals throughout the years who love their families and are committed to being involved in the planning process. Joe is married to his wife Lee Ann and they have two sons Matt and Bryan. Though he is now officially retired, he still stops in once and a while to say hello and will always be an essential part of the Mersol Financial family.
Joe is a retired Major distinguishing himself by earning the Defense Meritorious Service Medal the Meritorious Service Medal with oak leaf cluster, the Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Army Achievement Medal with oak leaf cluster, the overseas service ribbon, the National Defense Service Medal and the Army Parachutist Badge.

Known for her caring, empathetic approach, Nancy has guided clients with warmth and professionalism through the many details of their financial and health insurance needs. She specializes in supporting clients with life and health insurance, bringing both technical expertise and heartfelt compassion to every conversation.
Nancy is well known for treating clients like family. Her ability to listen, reassure, and provide solutions has made her a trusted partner to generations of families who rely on Mersol Financial Solutions. Her dedication extends beyond service—Nancy ensures that every client feels valued, supported, and confident in their financial journey.
In addition to her leadership at Mersol, Nancy is also the owner of Ram Tuff Muffler in Struthers, Ohio, a family business that has proudly served the community for decades. Balancing her roles at both Mersol Financial Solutions and Ram Tuff, Nancy exemplifies a strong work ethic and a commitment to family and community.
Married to her husband Mark for more than 39 years, Nancy takes great pride in their shared life of service, hard work, and family values. Together, they have raised two children—Vincent (Amy) Trolio and Rachel Trolio—and built both a household and businesses grounded in integrity, care, and a deep respect for the people they serve.
Nancy is an exceptional and talented individual who has worked with Joe Mersol for the past 26 years. She is a native to the Youngstown area, a home maker who has raised two wonderful children, Vincent and Rachel, and whom has been married to her husband of 30 years, Mark Trolio. In addition to her duties with Mersol Financial Solutions, LLC., she has found the time to assist her husband in the successful operation of their automotive business located in Struthers Ohio.
Nancy is a licensed service assistant meeting the rigorous knowledge and compliance requirements. She is the expert on servicing existing policies and contracts for life and health insurance and has the institutional knowledge to resolve almost any service-related issue with extraordinary results.
Nancy's professionalism, compassion and enthusiasm have assisted thousands of thankful clients during emotional times and she has been instrumental to any successes achieved by the office.
Dan is an exceptional part of the Mersol Financial team, playing a vital role in helping the firm operate at its highest potential. A Registered Nurse with critical care experience as a former ICU nurse at Mercy Health, Dan brings a rare and valuable perspective to the financial services world.
A graduate of Youngstown State University and Seton Hill University, Dan serves as our healthcare specialist, combining his medical expertise with a deep passion for helping others. His clinical background allows him to thoughtfully guide clients through the complexities of health insurance planning, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.
Dan is known for going above and beyond — for his family, his friends, and the clients he serves. He builds meaningful, trusted relationships and approaches every situation with care, diligence, and integrity. His work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to continual growth make him an invaluable resource to both our team and the families we serve.
Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Erinn, and their three cats — Bertram, Samson, and Sherman. He approaches each day with a drive to learn more, do more, and better serve the people who rely on him.
For the past year, Emily has been the creative force behind Mersol Financials' marketing, client communications, and scheduling. She helps keep clients connected, informed, and supported with warmth and professionalism. Emily’s approach reflects the heart of our firm – family-oriented, welcoming, and client-first.
Emily is a proud graduate of John Carroll University, where she double majored in Integrate Marketing Communications and Italian Studies. Fluent in Italian, she spent time teaching abroad in northern Italy and also Massachusetts, further enriching her ability to connect with people across cultures.
Before joining Mersol, Emily worked for The Walt Disney Company, where she learned the art of creativity and exceptional client service – skills she brings to her work every day here.

Frankie is an essential — and undeniably adorable — member of the Mersol Financial team. As our Chief Chaos Coordinator, this poodle takes her role very seriously. Frankie works the office like she has appointments to run, ensuring every visitor is properly greeted and sufficiently adored.
She is always the first at the door, ready to welcome clients with hugs, kisses, and an unmatched level of enthusiasm. Frankie loves deeply, naps even deeper, and firmly believes there is no such thing as too many toys. Treats are appreciated, pets are expected, and attention is non-negotiable.
As the office princess, Frankie will kindly (but clearly) let you know if you are not meeting her standards for affection. Outside of her professional duties, she enjoys cuddling and wrestling with her dad, Bryan, and laying in the grass outside underneath the sunshine whenever possible.

Luna is our Certified Lover and one of the most animated, human-like personalities you will ever meet. Truly one of a kind, this poodle believes every client deserves an enthusiastic welcome — and she makes sure they get one.
You’ll hear her before you see her, greeting visitors at the front door with joyful excitement. Luna wants every person who walks into Mersol Financial to know they are seen, heard, and appreciated. Once introductions are complete, she will gently stare at you until you provide the pets she so clearly deserves — it simply makes her job easier.
Sweet to her core, Luna has never met a ball she didn’t love. If she weren’t busy assisting with client morale, she would happily play fetch all day. A chin scratch is her favorite reward, followed closely by a cozy nap surrounded by her family.
In her free time, you’ll find Luna chasing her beloved ball, sprawled across the couch under a blanket, or making her rounds to deliver kisses. She brings unmatched joy, warmth, and heart to our office — and there truly is no pup quite like Luna.
